At what point do we lose the wide-eyed wonder that every child is born with as they enter the world? Do you remember when you used to run unabashed, full of uncontainable joy? Can you recall how the smallest of curiosities would send you into a flurry of questions and discovery? We were born full of love and magic. As we mature, we often have to work to uncover the gems of our hearts again.

The Erasure series is about that uncovering. If we allow them, the challenges of life will wear us down, erasing the access to jubilation and abundance that is rightfully ours. Each piece in the series speaks to the elemental qualities that form us. The paintings invite us to reconnect with what appears to be lost.
